Not quite Outlaws, and not quite Pirates, the two MacDougall Brothers, Ron (the elder) and Harry (the younger) are nonetheless feared throughout the galaxy. Selling their services to the highest bidder, they have no loyalties except to each other, and will willingly betray a former client for the right price.

Harry is not Ron's blood brother, however. He is a Construct, a human cloned from the gene's of another. Also, after being wounded in a battle with Gene he is given a robotic prosthetic arm.

As he is also not-quite human, he has decided that he is in love with Melfina and will do anything to make her his. While this initially seems to be nothing more than a selfish crush, Harry does prove that he loves her and sacrifices himself to save Melfina.

Harry is also an ace pilot, repeatedly going head to head with Gene in grappler combat, but despite his best efforts is never able to defeat him.

After Harry is critically wounded, Gwen Kahn builds him a new and far more powerful body, which is eventually destroyed by Lord Hazanko. Fortunately, Harry had made a backup of himself and at the present time is living inside of the El Dorado's computer.
